Welcome to Diamontali! We love and respect Finnish Lapphunds. By accessing or using our website www.diamontali.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
1.1. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
1.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued access and/or use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Services
2.1. We provide information about our registered pedigree dog breeding program and services (breeder supply number: 4100273764), including the sale of puppies and related products. All details regarding the breed, health, and care of our dogs are provided in good faith to the best of our knowledge.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment must be made in full before or on your puppy collection day at the amount agreed upon and stated in your purchase contract.
3.2. Any deposits paid to secure a puppy from one of our litters are non-refundable, due to the impact on the puppy at having to find another family at short notice.
4. Collection and Transport
4.1. You are responsible for the collection and transport of your puppy to your home address and any associated costs of transport.
4.2. Details regarding the delivery or pickup of your puppy will be provided during the purchasing process. You agree to adhere to the agreed-upon arrangements in your purchase contract at the time of purchase.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept refunds once a puppy has been sold, given our intent is to find a loving forever home for each puppy. We put in so much effort and care in raising and carefully selecting potential homes for each of our puppies. We encourage all individuals to research the breed, carefully consider whether you're able to care for a young puppy in your current environment, you have the approval of any landlords and to always act responsibly.
5.2. If a new owner is unable to continue to care for the puppy, the breeder will provide rehoming assistance to ensure the puppy has a suitable loving home. We will always accept one of our puppies back to ensure they are cared for responsibly and should be the first contact if you need to rehome your puppy/dog.
5.2. Please refer to your individual purchase contract for all details relating to the return of the puppy to the breeder with any related conditions.
6. Your Responsible Use
6.1. By accessing or using our site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
6.2. By accessing and using this Site you agree to only provide true and accurate information, and not provide any false or misleading information.
6.3. By accessing and using this Site you agree not to use any information, images, text, graphics, designs or content contained in this Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm, defame, or otherwise negatively impact our services, reputation, or the interests of Diamontali, any affiliated individuals or any third parties.

7.1. All content on the Site including but not limited to brand, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, style, artistic and written content, concepts and ideas are the property of Diamontali and is protected by Australian and the International Copyright Laws of any jurisdiction.
7.2. All rights in respect of an invention, discovery, know-how, concept, idea, information, process, data, formula, or work product are the Intellectual Property of Diamontali. This includes all work products developed in whole or in part by Diamontali whether registered or common law. This includes all present and future rights to Intellectual Property including but not limited to inventions and improvement, trademarks (whether registered or common law trademarks), patents, prior, current and future versions of the Site, designs, copyright, and corresponding property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction.
7.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
